Secondhand Corners is a resell store of new and used merchandise. It works just like and is regulated just like Pawn Shops in Michigan. The main difference between a Secondhand Store and a Pawn Shop is that the Secondhand Store cannot pawn. Pawning is the act of making a deal to sell the merchandise back to the same person that sold it to the Pawn Shop at cost + interest.
